Operations Manager – Own the Operating System of Paradiso Solutions

Location: Remote
Experience Required: 3–5+ Years (strong coordination/management experience)
Industry: SaaS / Software Products / Technology
Reporting To: Founder & CEO
Salary: ₹6–15 LPA + Performance Incentives

Role Overview

Paradiso Solutions is looking for an organised, process-driven Operations Manager who can own the operating rhythm of the company across multiple departments.

This person will become the execution backbone of the organisation. While the Founder & CEO will continue to drive business judgment, strategy, and decision-making, the Operations Manager will ensure that operational systems, processes, meetings, standards, and commitments are implemented consistently.

The role requires someone who can coordinate different teams, maintain discipline, follow up relentlessly, and ensure that company processes continue to run whether or not the Founder is present.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys creating consistency, improving execution, and building a systematic way of working.

Key Responsibilities

Own Cross-Department Operations

Coordinate operations across all departments and ensure alignment with company priorities.
Work closely with direct reports of the Founder/CEO to ensure execution consistency.
Ensure important processes and systems are followed across teams.

Drive Operating Rhythm

Organise and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operating meetings.
Manage Scrum meetings, review meetings, planning sessions, and follow-up routines.
Ensure every meeting has clear ownership, actions, and deadlines.
Maintain consistency even when priorities change or leadership is unavailable.

Implement Company Systems & Processes

Implement systems, rules, workflows, and tools designed by the Founder.
Ensure teams understand and follow agreed standards.
Identify when processes are slipping and take corrective action.

Accountability & Follow-through

Track commitments made by teams and leaders.
Follow up consistently until actions are completed.
Be persistent, calm, and professional while holding people accountable.
Ensure nothing important gets dropped after discussions.

Coaching & Team Development

Coach teams on processes and expected ways of working.
Conduct drills, walkthroughs, and process training based on systems created by leadership.
Help managers and employees improve execution quality.

Operational Excellence

Create visibility through reports, trackers, and operational dashboards.
Improve coordination between departments.
Build a culture of ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is systematic, organised, calm-headed, confident, and comfortable following up repeatedly until things are completed.

The ideal person:

Has strong personal organisation and planning skills.
Can coordinate multiple people and departments.
Is comfortable working with senior leaders.
Communicates clearly and professionally.
Can hold standards without creating conflict.
Is persistent without being aggressive.
Enjoys creating order and consistency.

The right person may be described as a little "annoyingly consistent" — someone who keeps following up politely until the right process is followed.

Preferred Background

Candidates may come from:

Operations Manager / Operations Head roles
Chief of Staff / Founder’s Office roles
Project Manager roles
Delivery Manager roles
Scrum Master roles
PMO / Program Management roles
Executive Assistant roles supporting founders or leadership teams

Experience working in growing companies where processes are still being built is preferred.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience managing coordination, operations, projects, or teams.
Experience running daily, weekly, or monthly operating meetings.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple departments.
Strong follow-up and execution discipline.
Good understanding of processes, workflows, and operational systems.
Confident interacting with leadership and team members.
Comfortable learning and implementing systems created by leadership.

This role has the potential to grow into a broader operational leadership position, including Business Operations Leadership or Chief of Staff responsibilities.

The person will receive direct coaching from the Founder & CEO and will gradually take ownership of running the company's operating system.
