Role Description
Cloudovations is hiring a ServiceNow Architect. The ServiceNow Architect will design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements and business goals. They will lead architectural design, oversee system integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including: ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM
Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and automation solutions.
Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Flow Designer solutions, and custom applications.
Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in testing, deployment, upgrades, and platform maintenance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and product owners to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with end to end ServiceNow development and customization.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
Experience working with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM modules.
Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and automation workflows.
Experience with testing, debugging, deployments, and platform support.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
