Position Overview HR Executive (Intern)
The HR Executive will support talent acquisition, employee coordination, onboarding, documentation, and HR operations across the organization.
You will work closely with hiring managers, department leads, and leadership teams to help identify, attract, and onboard talented professionals while supporting employee engagement and HR administration activities.

- Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Organize HR databases and trackers
- Support attendance and leave management processes
- Assist in preparing HR reports and summaries
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Assist in onboarding new employees
- Coordinate induction and orientation activities
