Location: Navi Mumbai

About the Role

We are seeking a highly professional, polished, confident, and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team in Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have strong prior experience in real estate calling and pre-sales, excellent communication skills, a refined telephone presence, and a proven ability to convert property enquiries into qualified leads and site visits.

We are looking for someone who understands that successful real estate calling is not about making a high volume of calls—it is about building trust, understanding customer requirements, creating genuine project interest, and driving the prospect towards a site visit.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective real estate customers.

Understand customer requirements including budget, location preference, configuration, purpose of purchase, and purchase timeline.

Present and explain real estate projects in a clear, confident, and professional manner.

Communicate project USPs, location advantages, amenities, configurations, pricing, offers, and payment plans.

Qualify leads and identify genuine buying prospects.

Generate and schedule qualified site visits for the sales team.

Maintain consistent and structured follow-ups with prospective customers.

Handle customer objections, queries, and concerns professionally.

Re-engage old, inactive, and potential leads to generate fresh opportunities.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and scheduled site visits.

Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Achieve assigned calling, lead qualification, site visit, and performance targets.

Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional communication at every stage.

What We Are Looking For

The candidate should possess:

2–6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Telecalling / Pre-Sales / Telesales.

Strong practical knowledge of real estate calling and lead conversion.

Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.

A polished, confident, and professional personality.

Strong convincing, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.

Excellent follow-up discipline.

Ability to understand customer intent and identify serious buyers.

Ability to confidently communicate with mid-to-high-value property buyers.

Target-driven and commercially oriented mindset.

Good understanding of the Navi Mumbai real estate market will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi will be an advantage.

Working knowledge of CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, and other lead-management tools.
