Sales Executive – PocketHost

PocketHost is a platform that enables businesses, creators, and entrepreneurs to build, launch, and manage digital products, websites, and online services with ease.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote PocketHost products and services, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for helping businesses grow through technology.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying customers.
Demonstrate PocketHost products and explain their benefits to prospects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize conversions and retention.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.
Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product improvements.
Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic understanding of SaaS, websites, mobile applications, or digital products.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
