Account Manager, AEC/BIM Outsourcing Accounts (US/Europe)

Experience: 2-5 years | Remote (India) | US/EU overlap hours

Pilots win clients; account management keeps and grows them. Once our delivery team completes a client's first project, you own the relationship: satisfaction, repeat volume, expansion, and the early-warning system that catches problems before the client raises them.

What you'll do:

Own a portfolio of US/EU client accounts (architecture, MEP, contracting, scanning, and development firms) across our segments: retail chains, residential, fit-outs, warehouses, steel, schools, hotels
Run regular delivery check-ins and quarterly reviews; track quality, turnaround, and satisfaction with our production team
Grow accounts: one floor into whole buildings, one discipline into multi-discipline, modeling into coordination and data services
Coordinate daily between the client's BIM manager and our India production team across time zones; own escalations end to end and deliver bad news early and honestly
Collect testimonials, case-study permissions, and referrals from happy accounts

Must have:

2-5 years in account management, client success, or delivery-facing client roles for services delivered to US or European businesses; AEC/BIM/engineering outsourcing preferred
Retention and growth evidence: renewal rates, account expansion, upsell examples
Strong spoken and written English for daily US/EU communication

Good to have: working knowledge of BIM deliverables (Revit files, LOD, clash reports, BEPs); experience sitting between offshore delivery teams and Western clients.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
