About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across all social media platforms. This role is central to shaping our brand voice online, engaging with guests, and driving awareness for our properties, dining experiences, events, and offers. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate guest experiences into compelling digital content.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management

Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, carousels) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, seasonal promotions, events, and brand guidelines
Collaborate with the F&B, Rooms, Spa, and Events teams to capture real-time content from property activities
Write engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform's tone and audience

Community Management

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
Engage proactively with followers, local influencers, travel bloggers, and hospitality communities
Manage guest feedback across social platforms and coordinate with the Guest Relations team for escalations

Campaigns & Growth

Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) in coordination with the marketing team
Run influencer/blogger collaboration campaigns — from outreach and briefing to hosting and post-campaign reporting
Track follower growth, engagement metrics, reach, and conversion data; provide weekly/monthly performance reports

Brand & Reputation

Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's visual identity, voice, and values
Stay current with hospitality trends, competitor activity, and social media best practices
Monitor online reviews on platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google, and OTAs, and flag key feedback to management

Coordination & Support

Liaise with photographers, videographers, and designers for content shoots and creative assets
Support the marketing team during property events, MICE bookings, and festive promotions
Assist with social media aspects of PR campaigns and press visits

RequirementsEducation & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industry
A strong portfolio of social media accounts or campaigns you have managed

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Later)
Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere, or similar design/editing tools
Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional regional language is a plus)
Excellent photography and videography instincts — able to capture aesthetic, on-brand content on the go
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret insights and adjust strategy accordingly
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with influencer marketing and managing collaborations
Familiarity with Google Analytics or social listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch)
Knowledge of SEO basics as they relate to social content
Prior experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or hospitality group is a strong advantage
