Job Description: Sales & Marketing ExecutivePosition

Department - Sales & Marketing

Reporting To - Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing

Location - Kirti Nagar, New Delhi (Head Office) and Delhi-NCR

Position Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and assisting in achieving the Company's revenue targets. The role requires strong communication, lead generation, market research, client coordination, proposal preparation, and follow-up skills.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Sales Activities-

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients of government organizations, consultants, and channel partners.
Conduct email campaigns, and client meetings to generate qualified leads.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing Activities-

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for digital marketing initiatives, exhibitions, seminars, and events.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
Promote the Company's services through various marketing platforms.

Client Coordination

Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for suitable solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely submission of documents.
Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Business Development

Explore new markets and identify potential business opportunities.
Build relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and system integrators.
Generate business opportunities from government and private sector projects.
Participate in client presentations and business meetings.

MIS & Reporting

Maintain daily sales activity reports.
Update CRM/ERP with customer information and sales progress.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track lead conversion ratios and business opportunities.

Documentation

Maintain customer database and sales records.
Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) after client discussions.
Ensure proper documentation of proposals, quotations, agreements, and correspondence.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (electrical/ electronic or technical field)
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Centers, Electrical, ELV, Civil Construction, Interior Fit-out, MEP, EPC Projects, or System Integration industries will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Professional attitude with excellent organizational skills.
