About AutismCOE

Role Summary

We are looking for a PPC Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The primary responsibility will be to create, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and measurable business results.

A understanding of SEO is required, but PPC and paid advertising will be the primary focus of this role.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is comfortable working directly inside advertising platforms, analyzing campaign data, optimizing performance, and improving lead quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesPPC & Paid Advertising — Primary Focus

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads Search campaigns.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, negative keyword management, and bid optimization.
Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and lead quality.
Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend toward high-performing campaigns.
Create and test different ad copies, audiences, keywords, and campaign structures.
Run A/B tests for ads, creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining cost and lead quality.
Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions, not just traffic.
Align PPC campaigns with business goals, including client acquisition and recruitment.
Experience with Indeed Ads for recruitment campaigns will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of LinkedIn Ads is a plus.

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

Set up and monitor conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Work with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Meta Pixel.
Monitor the complete funnel from ad click → landing page → lead → conversion.
Analyze campaign performance and identify conversion drop-offs.
Use Google Analytics/GA4 and advertising platform data to make optimization decisions.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

SEO — Secondary Responsibility

Perform on-page SEO for landing pages.
Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and target keywords.
Conduct basic keyword research and identify high-intent search opportunities.
Make landing-page SEO recommendations to improve organic visibility.
Understand technical SEO concepts such as indexing, page structure, and schema.
Coordinate with the content/web team when required.

Required Skills

1–5 years of hands-on experience in PPC/Performance Marketing.
Strong practical experience with Google Ads — Search campaigns are mandatory.
Strong practical experience with Meta Ads.
Experience managing lead-generation campaigns.
Good understanding of campaign structure, keywords, bidding, targeting, budgets, and optimization.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and performance metrics.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
working knowledge of SEO.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Indeed Ads or recruitment advertising campaigns.
Experience in lead generation for service-based businesses.
Experience working with CRM/ATS systems.
Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

Important — Please Read Before Applying

This is a hands-on PPC execution role.
Candidates must have real-world experience managing paid campaigns.
Google Ads and Meta Ads experience is mandatory.
Candidates with only theoretical, academic, or course-based PPC knowledge will not be considered.
This is not primarily an SEO role.
Candidates should be comfortable analyzing campaign data and taking ownership of campaign optimization and performance.

Work Details

Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site / In-office
Location: Sector 74, Mohali, Punjab
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Working Days: 5 days per week
Shift: US Night Shift / EST Support

Important Work Conditions

This is a strictly on-site night shift position. Please review the following before applying:

No remote work option is available.
No cab/transportation facility is provided.
No meal facility is provided.
Candidates must arrange their own transportation.
Willingness to work 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST is mandatory.
