Company Overview

Sila’ Creations is a fast-growing luxury-focused marketing and branding agency based in San Antonio, Texas. We specialize in high-level digital marketing, branding, advertising, and business growth strategies for beauty, wellness, real estate, construction, and premium service-based industries across the United States.

We are looking for an expert-level Senior PPC Ads Manager with exceptional experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is not an entry-level or average media buyer position. We are specifically hiring someone with a proven track record of delivering outstanding campaign performance, strong ROAS, lead generation success, and strategic advertising expertise.

Job Type

Full-Time – Remote

Compensation

$30,000 per month

Shift Timing

Night Shift (aligned with US Central Standard Time)

Candidates must be comfortable working according to US business hours and collaborating with the team during CST working schedules.

Role Responsibilities

Strategize, launch, manage, and optimize advanced Google Ads campaigns
Handle Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Build and manage lead generation funnels and conversion-focused ad systems
Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion tracking
Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and scaling strategies
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
Create high-performing retargeting and remarketing campaigns
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and website teams
Generate weekly performance reports and optimization plans
Manage advertising budgets responsibly and strategically
Experience with LinkedIn Ads is considered a strong advantage

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of advanced experience in PPC advertising
Expert-level understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
Proven portfolio or case studies showing successful campaigns and measurable growth
Strong understanding of the US advertising market and customer behavior
Experience handling high-budget campaigns and scaling ad accounts
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, and reporting systems
Ability to independently manage campaigns with minimal supervision
Excellent English communication skills
Must be highly professional, disciplined, and performance-driven

Preferred Skills

Experience with LinkedIn Ads
Experience in beauty, luxury, construction, real estate, or premium service industries
Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO
Understanding of CRM integrations and marketing automations

Work Expectations

Strict adherence to working hours and reporting timelines
Daily progress updates and performance accountability
Strong communication and responsiveness are mandatory
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
