Sourcing Manager – Real Estate

Location: Kyrah Apartment, Jogeshwari East, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager – Real Estate to join our team at Kyrah Apartment, Jogeshwari East.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, broker networking, lead generation, and business development.

This is a field-oriented role involving regular visits to brokers, channel partners, property consultants, and other real estate networking points. The candidate will be responsible for building a strong broker network, generating quality leads, driving site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving project targets.

The candidate should be comfortable spending significant time in the field and should have strong knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market, particularly the Western Line.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Partner & Broker Management

Identify, onboard, and develop relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.

Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners across Mumbai, particularly the Jogeshwari East and near by areas.

Regularly engage with brokers and channel partners to generate business opportunities.

Communicate project offerings, pricing, schemes, and updates to channel partners.

Maintain strong and long-term relationships with high-performing brokers and channel partners.

Motivate channel partners to actively promote and generate business for Kyrah Apartment.

2. Field Work & Broker Network Development

Regular field visits are an essential part of this role.

Visit real estate brokers, channel partners, property consultants, and local networking points to generate business opportunities.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with brokers and channel partners and introduce them to the Kyrah Apartment project.

Develop and maintain an active broker/channel partner network across Jogeshwari, Andheri, Goregaon, Malad, and other Western Line locations.

Regularly visit new areas to identify and develop new broker and channel partner relationships.

Attend property exhibitions, networking events, broker meets, and other relevant real estate activities.

Follow up with channel partners through regular meetings and field visits to ensure continuous business generation.

Generate qualified site visits through broker and channel partner relationships.

3. Lead Generation & Sourcing

Generate qualified leads through channel partners, brokers, networking, field visits, and other offline and online activities.

Identify new sources and opportunities for generating real estate leads.

Conduct regular market visits to understand local demand and increase project visibility.

Work towards generating consistent enquiries and site visits for Kyrah Apartment.

Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and sourcing activities.

4. Sales Funnel & Lead Management

Maintain and manage the complete lead funnel from sourcing to site visit and closure.

Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions using CRM and MS Excel.

Monitor channel partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Prepare regular reports on lead generation, site visits, conversions, and sourcing performance.

Ensure timely follow-up and proper handover of qualified leads to the sales team.

Track the performance of individual brokers/channel partners and focus on increasing productive relationships.

5. Market & Competitor Intelligence

Keep track of real estate market trends, competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market activity.

Develop a strong understanding of the Jogeshwari, Andheri, Goregaon, Malad, and Western Mumbai real estate market.

Identify new market opportunities and potential sources of business.

Provide market feedback and recommendations to improve sourcing and sales strategies.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve project sales objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of leads and channel partner requirements.

Support the sales team in maximizing conversions from sourced leads.

Ensure proper communication between channel partners and the internal sales team.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, channel partner management, or business development.

Experience working with real estate brokers/channel partners is highly preferred.

Strong network of brokers and channel partners across Mumbai, especially the Western Line, will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market.

Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of MS Excel and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple channel partners.

Must be comfortable with regular field work and local travel for broker meetings, channel partner development, networking, and lead generation.

Should be proactive in meeting new brokers and developing new business relationships.

Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Candidates with an existing active broker/channel partner network will be preferred.
