BE World is seeking a strategic and creative Digital Engagement Manager to lead our digital engagement efforts across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of digital channels and trends, and a track record of driving engagement and audience growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital engagement strategies aligned with BE World's marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of digital engagement initiatives, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Content Planning and Creation:
Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and marketers, to develop compelling and relevant digital content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email, and blogs.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all digital channels, maintaining a cohesive and impactful brand identity.
Community Management:
Monitor and engage with audiences across digital platforms, including social media channels, forums, and online communities, fostering dialogue, building relationships, and driving engagement.
Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner, providing assistance, information, and support as needed.
Audience Growth and Acquisition:
Implement strategies to grow and expand BE World's digital audience and reach, including organic and paid tactics such as content optimization, advertising campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
Leverage data and analytics to identify target audience segments and optimize targeting and messaging to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Campaign Management and Optimization:
Manage end-to-end execution of digital engagement campaigns, from planning and content creation to distribution, monitoring, and optimization.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to achieve campaign goals.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on digital engagement metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to evaluate engagement effectiveness, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making and future campaign planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Proven experience of 3-4 years in digital marketing or digital engagement roles, with a track record of developing and executing successful digital engagement strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital channels, platforms, and trends, with proficiency in social media management, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital marketing tactics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse audiences across digital platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize engagement strategies and tactics.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation, able to generate new ideas and approaches to drive digital engagement and audience growth.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Commitment to staying informed about industry developments and emerging trends in digital marketing and engagement.
