Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the restaurant and resort business. The CEO will oversee business operations, financial performance, expansion plans, guest experience, brand development, and organizational growth while ensuring profitability and sustainable business success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement the company's long-term vision and business strategy.
Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and expansion plans.
Build a strong hospitality brand with exceptional guest experiences.
Lead business transformation and innovation initiatives.

2. Business Operations

Oversee all restaurant and resort operations.
Ensure efficient functioning of all departments including:
Food & Beverage
Rooms Division
Kitchen Operations
Housekeeping
Front Office
Engineering & Maintenance
HR & Administration
Finance
Sales & Marketing
Monitor operational efficiency and service quality.

3. Financial Management

Prepare annual business plans and budgets.
Drive revenue growth and profitability.
Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and cost control.
Review P&L statements and key financial metrics.
Optimize operational expenses without compromising quality.

4. Revenue & Business Development

Develop strategies to increase occupancy and restaurant sales.
Build corporate partnerships and strategic alliances.
Explore franchise, catering, banqueting, and event business opportunities.
Lead expansion through new outlets or resort properties.

5. Guest Experience

Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements.
Enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation.
Develop premium hospitality experiences.

6. Leadership & People Management

Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
Mentor department heads and senior management.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.

7. Sales & Marketing

Approve branding and marketing strategies.
Drive digital marketing, promotions, and customer engagement.
Review sales performance and marketing ROI.
Strengthen market positioning and brand visibility.

8. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with hospitality laws, labor regulations, food safety, and licensing requirements.
Manage operational risks and business continuity.
Maintain health, hygiene, and safety standards.

9. Performance Monitoring

Establish KPIs across departments.
Conduct regular business reviews with leadership teams.
Monitor operational and financial performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or Master's degree is preferred.

Experience

15–20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Minimum 8–10 years in senior leadership roles.
Proven experience managing restaurants, resorts, hotels, or multi-unit hospitality businesses.
Demonstrated success in business expansion and profitability.
