As we continue to expand our destination portfolio and strengthen our presence in the B2B travel market, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our growing team in New Delhi.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Manager – Travel Operations & Destination Specialist with strong expertise in B2B Travel and Destination Management, particularly across CIS, Europe and India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of destination products, excellent industry relationships, and hands-on experience in managing FIT, Groups and MICE requirements.

This is a role for someone who can take ownership of destination operations, develop travel products, manage B2B trade relationships, and ensure seamless execution of high-quality travel experiences.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE

B2B Travel & Destination Management experience is mandatory, with a proven track record in managing destination products, trade relationships, and end-to-end FIT, Group and MICE operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end travel operations and destination services across CIS, Europe and India.
Develop and customize high-quality itineraries for FITs, Groups and MICE.
Handle hotels, transfers, sightseeing, activities, guides, flights, trains and other travel components.
Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, costing and travel proposals.
Coordinate effectively with DMCs, hotels, suppliers, airlines and other service partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B travel agents, trade partners and destination suppliers.
Ensure accurate booking documentation, manifests, confirmations, vouchers and operational details.
Monitor trip execution and proactively resolve operational or service-related issues.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of travel services.
Support the development and enhancement of destination products and packages.
Identify new suppliers, experiences and destination opportunities to strengthen the company's product portfolio.
Ensure high standards of service, accuracy, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Manage multiple assignments and time-sensitive requirements while maintaining attention to detail.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of relevant experience in B2B Travel Sales / Destination Management / Travel Operations.
Strong destination knowledge of CIS, Europe and/or India.
Proven experience in handling FIT, Group and MICE travel.
Strong understanding of international travel products and destination operations.
Experience working with DMCs, hotels, suppliers and B2B travel partners.
Strong itinerary planning, costing, negotiation and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
Strong command of MS Excel, Word, Email and other office tools.
High level of accuracy, organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
A proactive, solution-oriented and commercially driven approach.
Willingness to take ownership and contribute to the growth of the destination business.
