Join us as a Credit Documentation & Treasury Operations Analyst where you will support the business in achieving its targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational controls. You will be responsible for managing credit documentation, treasury operations, KYC processes, commercial paper transactions, and credit administration activities while delivering high-quality service within defined turnaround times and safeguarding the Bank's interests through effective risk management.

To be successful in this role, you should:

Have a strong understanding of credit documentation, treasury operations, and banking regulations, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and be confident collaborating with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

Essential Skills / Basic Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Basic understanding of Group Policy Guidelines, Credit Risk, Country Grades, and Exposure Guidelines.
Knowledge of credit documentation, lending operations, and security perfection processes.
Understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements applicable to banking operations.
Familiarity with treasury operations, cash flow management, and Commercial Paper (CP) processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good documentation review and preparation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for reporting and MIS preparation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in credit administration, treasury operations, or corporate banking operations.
Knowledge of NBFC regulations and commercial lending processes.
Understanding of collateral management and drawing power calculations.
Experience working with internal and external audit teams.
Familiarity with banking systems used for client onboarding, KYC, and treasury operations.

Purpose of the role

To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.

Accountabilities

Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes.
Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.
Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
