Surbhika Herbal LLP is a fast-growing herbal and eco-friendly products company engaged in manufacturing and marketing natural incense sticks (Agarbatti), Dhoop, and herbal wellness products.

Our products are chemical-free, environmentally responsible, and rooted in traditional Indian values blended with modern innovation. We are expanding nationally and are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's next phase of growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced, strategic and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to take overall responsibility for the company's business growth, profitability, operations and organizational development.

The CEO will work closely with the promoters and leadership team to develop and execute the company's growth strategy, strengthen sales and distribution, build a high-performance team, expand into new markets and establish Surbhika as a strong national and international brand.

The ideal candidate should have a strong business ownership mindset, proven leadership experience and the ability to convert strategy into measurable business results.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute the company's short-term and long-term business strategy.
Define business goals, growth plans, KPIs and performance targets.
Take overall ownership of business growth, revenue and profitability.
Work closely with promoters/partners on strategic decisions and business expansion.
Build a professionally managed, performance-driven organization.

2. Sales & Business Growth

Lead overall sales strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Expand distributor, dealer, retail and institutional networks across India.
Identify new markets, territories, channels and business opportunities.
Strengthen existing market presence and improve channel performance.
Explore modern trade, e-commerce, D2C and other emerging channels.
Develop and execute strategies for national and international market expansion.

3. P&L & Financial Management

Take ownership of the company's overall P&L and financial performance.
Drive revenue growth, profitability and healthy margins.
Monitor budgets, business performance and key financial metrics.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Ensure effective allocation of resources in line with business priorities.

4. Operations & Manufacturing

Oversee overall business operations in coordination with functional heads.
Work closely with manufacturing, procurement and supply-chain teams.
Improve productivity, capacity utilization, quality and operational efficiency.
Develop scalable systems and processes to support future growth.
Ensure timely execution and consistent product quality.

5. Brand & Business Development

Build Surbhika into a trusted and differentiated herbal, natural and eco-friendly brand.
Work with the marketing team to align brand-building initiatives with business objectives.
Identify new product categories, market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Monitor market trends, consumer requirements and competitive landscape.
Drive new business initiatives and product expansion opportunities.

6. Team Building & Leadership

Build, mentor and lead a strong leadership team across sales, marketing, operations, finance and other functions.
Recruit key talent and develop future leaders within the organization.
Establish clear responsibilities, KPIs and accountability across departments.
Create a positive, performance-oriented and professional work culture.

7. Business Performance & Governance

Review business performance regularly and take corrective actions where required.
Establish effective MIS, reporting and review systems.
Ensure compliance, process discipline and professional business practices.
Present business performance, growth plans and strategic initiatives to the promoters/partners.

Experience & Qualification (Mandatory)

Minimum 10 years of professional experience with significant leadership/business management exposure.
Proven experience in managing business growth, revenue and profitability.
Experience in FMCG / Consumer Products / Herbal / Ayurvedic / Wellness / Natural Products / Manufacturing is preferred.
MBA / PG in Business Management, Marketing, Finance or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple business functions.
Strong understanding of sales, distribution and business operations.

Hands-on, decisive and result-oriented leader.
Comfortable working in a growing organization and taking end-to-end responsibility.

Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate

Compensation will be Best in Industry and will be decided based on the candidate's experience, leadership capability, business track record and expected contribution to the growth of Surbhika Herbal LLP.
