quality reusable content across digital channels.

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organised, persuasive and execution-focused Influencer Outreach & Operations Executive to support creator discovery, outreach, negotiation, product seeding and end-to-end campaign coordination. The role requires consistent follow-up, accurate tracking and the ability to manage multiple creator relationships and deliverables simultaneously.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creator communication, campaign operations and turning structured outreach into dependable brand partnerships and usable content assets.

Key Responsibilities

● Research, evaluate and shortlist suitable influencers and creators across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.

● Conduct personalised outreach, follow-ups and relationship management with creators, managers and agencies.

● Negotiate collaboration fees, deliverables, timelines, usage rights and payment terms within approved budgets.

● Coordinate creator onboarding, campaign briefs, product dispatch, content submissions, approvals and publishing.

● Maintain accurate creator databases, campaign trackers, published links, UGC assets and collaboration records.

● Monitor campaign progress and performance, resolve delays and coordinate with internal marketing, finance and operations teams.

● Ensure creator content follows approved brand guidelines, disclosure requirements and responsible healthcare communication standards.

Required Experience and Skills

● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.

● Confident negotiation and relationship-management skills.

● Excellent organisation, follow-up discipline and attention to detail.

● Ability to manage multiple creators, deadlines and campaign stages without losing accuracy.

● Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and comfort working with trackers and basic reports.

● Professional judgment when handling sensitive product categories and healthcare-related communication.

● Willingness to work hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment.

Preferred Experience

● Prior experience managing paid, barter, product-seeding or UGC campaigns.

● Familiarity with creator analytics, influencer discovery tools or social listening platforms.

● Basic understanding of content usage rights, advertising disclosures and campaign documentation.

● Experience coordinating dispatches, payments, agreements and content approvals.

● Cost per collaboration and savings against initial creator quotes

● On-time campaign and content-delivery rate

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
