F&B Executive (Food & Beverage Executive)

Job Summary
Malgudi Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and service-driven F&B Executive to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the management team in achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day F&B service operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
- Lead and guide service staff (Captains, Stewards, Hostess) during shifts
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction at all times
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service delivery
- Monitor table turnover, reservations, and floor management
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance and service quality
- Assist in inventory control, stock management, and minimizing wastage
- Support management in achieving sales targets and upselling initiatives
- Prepare daily reports, shift summaries, and MIS as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in F&B service (restaurant/QSR/casual dining)
- Prior experience as F&B Executive / Captain / Supervisor preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and guest handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts
- Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Excel)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
