As we continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Executive who will play a key role in building our team. This position is heavily focused on recruitment and talent acquisition, making it ideal for someone who enjoys hiring, connecting with people, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Create and manage job postings across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple functions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely hiring decisions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

HR Operations

Manage employee onboarding and induction.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
Support payroll documentation and HR compliance.

Employee Engagement

Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture.
Assist with performance reviews and probation evaluations.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.

Reporting

Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and employee data.
Prepare regular hiring and HR reports for management.
Recommend improvements to recruitment processes and employee retention.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Previous recruitment experience within a BPO or service-based organization is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar recruitment platforms.
