Location: Katargam, Surat
Department: Human Resources

Role & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and candidate follow-ups.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates based on role requirements.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports.
Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.

Campus Hiring & Employer Branding

Coordinate with colleges and universities for campus recruitment drives.
Build and maintain relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).
Plan and manage campus drives, including candidate registration, interviews, and selection coordination.
Represent the company during campus hiring events and career-related activities.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.

HR Operations & Employee Management

Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR-related databases.
Assist with attendance, leave management, and other day-to-day HR operations.
Address employee queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolutions.
Support employee engagement activities and help maintain a positive workplace culture.

HR Initiatives

Assist in implementing and improving HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
Coordinate training and development activities.
Assist in performance review and employee feedback processes.
Explore and implement new ideas, HR tools, AI, and automation to improve HR and recruitment processes.
Contribute to building a strong employer brand and positive employee experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Must have prior experience working in an IT or technology company.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment is required.
Experience in campus hiring and coordinating with colleges and TPOs is required.
Good understanding of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.
Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
