Head – Organic Social Media Build the team.

Shape the thinking. Lead the conversations. Most agencies hire people to manage social media. We're looking for someone to build one of India's finest Organic Social Media teams.

For over 17 years, GTF Technologies has partnered with some of India's most respected real estate developers, helping build brands, launch landmark projects and shape conversations that influence buying decisions in one of the country's most competitive industries.

Today, as we continue our growth journey, we're looking for a leader who can redefine what Organic Social Media means for our clients and our organisation.

This is NOT a Paid Media role. We're looking for someone who believes that brands are built through strategy, storytelling, creativity, communities and consistent organic presence—not through advertising budgets alone. If you're someone who can inspire people, challenge conventional thinking, build high performing teams and create work that people remember, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Build:

This role goes beyond managing accounts. You'll lead the Organic Social Media function, mentor a growing team of 8–10+ Social Media professionals, influence some of India's most recognised brands and establish new benchmarks for strategic thinking within the agency.

You'll be responsible for:

Building, mentoring and leading a high-performing team of 8–10+ Social Media Executives, Managers and future leaders.

Creating a culture where curiosity, accountability, collaboration and excellence become everyday habits.

Developing platform-first organic strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube and emerging platforms.

Ensuring every platform has its own purpose, audience strategy and content philosophy. Driving organic brand growth through insight-led content, storytelling, community building and cultural relevance.

Coaching your team to think strategically rather than execute mechanically.

Raising the quality of ideas, execution and creative thinking across every account. Leading strategic presentations, annual planning sessions, workshops and new business pitches.

Becoming a trusted advisor to clients by bringing fresh thinking and business-first solutions.

Building scalable systems and review processes that ensure consistency across multiple brands.

Creating an environment where people feel challenged, supported and inspired to do their best work.

What We're Looking For

Experience 8–10 years of experience in Organic Social Media Marketing.

At least 3 years leading teams of 8–10+ professionals in an agency environment. Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Strong exposure to premium, aspirational or high-value brands where brand perception and storytelling play a critical role.

Experience in real estate can be an added advantage but is NOT a mandate.

We welcome professionals who have worked with luxury, hospitality, automotive, premium retail, lifestyle, BFSI, architecture, design, luxury travel, premium consumer brands or any category where customers make considered, high-value purchase decisions.

This Role May Not Be the Right Fit If:

Your expertise lies primarily in Paid Media or Performance Marketing rather than Organic Social Media.

You haven't led and mentored a team of 8–10+ professionals in an agency environment.

You prefer execution over strategy and leadership.

You're uncomfortable presenting to senior clients, defending your ideas and influencing decisions.

You've primarily worked on low-involvement or transactional brands and have limited exposure to building premium, high-consideration brands.

You thrive only with structured instructions rather than creating direction.

You're looking for a hybrid or remote role. This is a Work From Office position based in Noida.

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
