Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (EA to MD)Company Description

Position: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (EA to MD)Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings, and strategic priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and business correspondence.
Follow up with departments on key action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests.
Organize and coordinate business meetings, conferences, and events.
Maintain confidential records, documents, and business information.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Liaise with clients, vendors, government authorities, and business associates as required.
Support the MD in strategic projects and special assignments.
Ensure smooth communication between the MD's office and various departments.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with promoters, directors, or C-level executives.
Exposure to manufacturing, mining, export, or industrial sectors will be an advantage.
Ability to coordinate across multiple business functions and stakeholders.
