About Us

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in high-intent lead generation, premium performance marketing, and end-to-end web solutions. SEO is one of our primary core offerings. We help businesses in high-ticket and B2B sectors (such as real estate and industrial supply) build sustainable, long-term organic traffic that converts into active sales pipelines. To support our expanding client list, we are looking for a data-driven Freelance SEO Specialist to own the strategy and execution of our organic growth campaigns.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist who lives and breathes data, search architecture, and search intent. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end SEO campaigns, from initial technical audits and deep keyword mapping to aggressive link-building and local citation strategies. You will work alongside our content writers and WordPress developers to ensure our clients rank on page one for high-value transactional keywords.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Tool Mastery: Conduct deep keyword research, gap analysis, and competitor tracking using tools like Semrush and Ahrefs to uncover high-intent traffic opportunities.
Technical SEO Audits: Identify and fix technical site issues, including crawl errors, indexation bugs, XML sitemaps, schema markup implementation, and Core Web Vitals optimizations.
On-Page Optimization: Blueprint and direct on-page optimization strategies (meta structures, internal linking patterns, keyword density profiles) and provide clear briefs for our content writers.
Off-Page & Link Building: Design and execute clean white-hat link-building campaigns to improve domain authority through guest posting, resource pages, and digital PR.
Local SEO & Citations: Clean up, build, and optimize local directory listings, local citations, and Google Business Profiles (GBP) to dominate regional map packs.
Reporting & Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report organic performance data utilizing Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Semrush dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of active hands-on SEO experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency handling B2B or high-ticket clients.
Software Stack: Expert proficiency with Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, and local tracking software.
Execution & Strategy: Strong understanding of how search engine algorithms behave and a proven track record of moving keywords from page 3+ to top 3 positions.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to write clear implementation instructions for web developers and content optimization guidelines for copywriters.
Transparency: Deadline-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized with project management trackers.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
