About REPP Tech

REPP Tech partners with India's leading real estate developers to accelerate growth through performance marketing, branding, and technology-driven solutions. We don't just run campaigns — we build measurable outcomes, stronger brands, and category leadership for the developers we work with. As we scale into Chennai, we're looking for someone who will not just sell REPP's services, but build REPP's name in the city.

The Charter

The City Sales Head – Chennai is not a lead-generation role. It is a business ownership role. You will be the founder of REPP's Chennai market — fully accountable for building the pipeline, closing high-value developer accounts, and making REPP the default digital transformation partner every serious developer in the city thinks of first. You report on outcomes, not activity.

This role suits someone who thinks like an entrepreneur running their own P&L inside REPP — who takes ownership of the full lifecycle from the first conversation with a developer to the renewed, expanded contract three years later, and who is uncomfortable with anything less than being the most recognised, most trusted digital partner name in Chennai real estate.

Ownership & Mindset We're Hiring For

End-to-end ownership: you own sourcing, pitching, closing, onboarding, and the health of every account in Chennai — not a handoff after signature. If a client is unhappy six months in, that's still your problem to solve.
Builder, not order-taker: you build the city playbook, the target account list, and the outreach engine yourself — you don't wait for leads to be handed to you.
Brand ambassador for REPP: you represent REPP at every industry forum, CREDAI event, developer meet, and closed-door conversation in Chennai. Your reputation and REPP's reputation are the same thing in this city.
Category dominance, not quota-filling: the goal isn't to hit this quarter's number — it's to make REPP synonymous with performance marketing for real estate in Chennai within 18–24 months.
Founder's accountability: you think in terms of market share, competitive displacement, and account expansion, and you're comfortable being measured on all three — not just fresh logos.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Chennai P&L for REPP — build and execute the city sales strategy from a blank sheet, including account targeting, pipeline, and revenue forecasting.
Personally source and close high-value developer accounts — own the full lifecycle from first outreach through pitch, negotiation, signature, onboarding, and account growth.
Build and run a systematic onboarding process for every new client so the first 90 days convert a signed contract into a referenceable, expandable relationship.
Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, Sales Heads, and Marketing Heads across Chennai's top developer organisations — relationships that outlast any single deal cycle.
Represent REPP Tech publicly as the face of the brand in Chennai — at industry events, developer forums, and client circles — building REPP's reputation as deliberately as you build the pipeline.
Recruit, lead, and mentor the city sales team, instilling the same ownership mindset so the team scales without diluting quality.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and whitespace accounts ahead of the competition, not in reaction to it.
Design and present customised digital marketing, branding, and technology solutions tailored to each developer's specific growth stage and challenges.
Partner closely with REPP's marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure every client experience reinforces the brand you're building in the city.
Own the numbers — track performance, forecast revenue, and bring leadership sharp, honest insight rather than just status updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

10–15 years of overall sales experience, with significant, direct exposure to the real estate industry.
Minimum 5+ years in a digital marketing, branding, advertising, or integrated marketing agency — you understand what you're selling, not just how to sell it.
A demonstrated track record of owning outcomes end-to-end, not just carrying a number — able to show where you built something from scratch.
Strong, current experience managing and acquiring real estate developer accounts specifically in Chennai.
Proven track record of generating high-value B2B business and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Minimum 5+ years of team leadership experience — building, mentoring, and running high-performing sales teams.
Existing networks and credibility with top real estate developers in Chennai — you can open doors on day one, not month six.
Genuinely well-connected within Chennai's real estate ecosystem, with a reputation that precedes you across leading developer organisations.
Deep fluency in digital marketing solutions — SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Branding, Content Marketing, Lead Generation, and MarTech — enough to hold your own in a CXO conversation.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline preferred.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
