HR GENERALIST

Euro Dreams Eduverseas Pvt. Ltd. is a growing study abroad consultancy based in Indore, specializing in public university admissions and student visa assistance for Italy. We provide end-to-end support to students, including university selection, application processing, scholarship assistance, visa processing, and IELTS & Italian language training.

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Generalist to join our team and manage day-to-day HR operations while supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and overall people management.

Job Summary :-

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, and HR reporting.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, approachable, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple HR activities in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection and joining.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, colleges, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

Handle complete employee joining and onboarding formalities.
Collect and verify required employee documents.
Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Experience Certificates, Relieving Letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll

Manage daily employee attendance and leave records.
Maintain monthly attendance and leave reports.
Coordinate with management/accounts for monthly payroll processing, salary revisions, incentives, deductions, and other payroll-related matters.
Ensure timely resolution of employee payroll and attendance queries.

4. Employee Relations & HR Operations

Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
Handle employee concerns and maintain positive employee relations.
Communicate HR policies, rules, and procedures to employees.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and workplace practices.
Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.

5. Performance & Employee Lifecycle

Track employee probation and confirmation periods.
Support performance review and appraisal processes.
Maintain records related to employee performance and development.
Handle employee exit formalities, including resignation documentation, clearance, and full & final coordination.

6. HR Reporting & Compliance

Prepare regular HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, leave, employee status, and attrition.
Maintain HR databases and trackers using Excel/Google Sheets.
Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Executive, or HR Operations.
Good understanding of recruitment and general HR processes.
Practical knowledge of attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, and basic HR tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with different departments.
