We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team on contract for 9 months. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, partnering closely with them to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and cultural transformation. You will operate at the intersection of people strategy and business performance, translating commercial priorities into impactful HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to 2 x CXO level leaders.
Translate business objectives into people strategies that drive organizational capability and performance.
Influence and challenge senior stakeholders with data-backed insights and courageous conversations.

Talent & Organizational Development

Drive end-to-end talent management processes including performance calibration, succession planning, and career development.
Identify organizational design opportunities and lead restructures, ensuring business continuity and employee engagement.
Partner with L&D to develop and deliver Manager Development Workshops.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within assigned client groups.

Employee Relations & Culture

Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievances with a fair and legally compliant approach.
Act as a culture champion, identifying engagement trends and partnering with leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
Facilitate team effectiveness sessions and leadership offsites as needed.

Analytics

Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends, measure the impact of HR interventions, and inform decision-making.
Partner with Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, L&D, HR Operations and Workplace Services) to deliver integrated people solutions.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and processes.

Requirements

Experience

7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role supporting senior leaders.
Demonstrated experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organization.
Track record of leading organizational design, change management, and talent management initiatives at scale.
Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases end to end.

Skills & Competencies

Strong commercial acumen — you understand how businesses operate and connect people strategy to business outcomes.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills; able to navigate ambiguity and build credibility at all levels.
Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics tools and presenting insights to leadership.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to balance empathy with objectivity in sensitive situations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred).
Avid AI user – help us reinvent the employee experience with AI tools.
