A Brief Overview
The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and help build a strong workforce. Additionally, responsible for providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

What you will do

Source and screen candidates for open positions
Conduct initial interviews with candidates
Partner with a coordination team and hiring managers to schedule interviews
Cross-functionally collaborate with various team across the organization
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field preferred
Associate’s Degree (AA) Human Resources or related field preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Experience Qualifications

Typically 2+ years Relevant experience in recruiting or talent acquisition required
Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems required
Proven track record of achieving talent acquisition metrics such as time to fill and submit to offer ratio preferred
Ability to work in a matrix environment preferred
