Full job description

About ORAi

ORAi is an emerging artificial intelligence, creative production and education company focused on premium AI-generated videos, advertising, branding, digital campaigns and innovative visual experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head who can manage ORAi’s own marketing as well as digital marketing activities for our clients.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for building ORAi’s digital presence, generating qualified business leads and managing digital campaigns for client brands.

This is not only a social-media posting role. The selected person must be capable of developing strategies, understanding client requirements, leading campaigns, coordinating creative production, analysing performance and ensuring measurable business results.

Experience Required: 4–8 years

Key Responsibilities

ORAi Brand Marketing

Develop and execute ORAi’s complete digital marketing strategy.
Build the online presence of ORAi World.
Plan campaigns to promote AI video production, creative services and AI training programmes.
Generate qualified leads from India and international markets.
Manage ORAi’s website, landing pages, SEO, social media and paid advertising.
Create LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google marketing strategies.
Plan portfolio launches, showreels, case studies and project presentations.
Develop agency partnerships, corporate outreach and international lead-generation campaigns.
Monitor competitors, AI-industry developments and emerging marketing opportunities.

Client Account Management

Understand each client’s business, target audience and marketing objectives.
Prepare digital marketing strategies, campaign plans and monthly content calendars.
Manage multiple client accounts professionally.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and performance reviews.
Coordinate with scriptwriters, AI video creators, designers, editors and production staff.
Ensure campaigns and creative materials are delivered on time.
Maintain regular client communication and obtain approvals.
Identify upselling opportunities across video production, branding, advertising and social-media management.
Build long-term client relationships and improve client retention.

Campaign Management

Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
Define campaign objectives, audiences, budgets and conversion goals.
Manage lead-generation, remarketing, awareness and sales campaigns.
Monitor cost per lead, conversion rate, return on advertising spend and campaign quality.
Optimise campaigns based on data and performance.
Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports for management and clients.
Ensure proper tracking through Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion events and related tools.

Team Leadership

Lead ORAi’s digital marketing activities from strategy to execution.
Allocate work to content creators, designers, editors and external partners.
Review content quality before publication.
Establish proper approval, reporting and delivery systems.
Recruit and develop additional marketing team members as the business grows.
Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism and confidentiality.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy and brand development.
Proven experience managing client accounts and paid campaigns.
Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking and campaign optimisation.
Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, content plans and performance reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong client-handling, presentation and negotiation abilities.
Good understanding of social-media content, video marketing and creative production.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
Interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI and emerging creative technologies.
Strong command of English; Malayalam proficiency will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency or creative production company.
Experience managing corporate, retail, education, technology or service-sector clients.
Experience generating B2B and international leads.
Familiarity with AI creative tools and AI-assisted marketing workflows.
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, CRM systems and marketing automation.
Experience preparing pitches and onboarding new clients.

Performance Indicators

The selected candidate will be evaluated based on:

Client campaign performance
Timely completion of projects
Client satisfaction and retention
Growth of ORAi’s digital presence
Quality of strategy, reporting and communication
Revenue generated through new and existing client accounts
