Job Summary

The Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions that enhance learners' communication, interpersonal, and professional skills. The trainer prepares students for academic success, workplace readiness, interviews, and career growth through interactive and practical learning methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver Soft Skills training sessions as per the curriculum.
Conduct training on communication skills, personality development, and workplace etiquette.
Develop students' verbal and written communication skills in English.
Train students in interview skills, resume writing, and group discussion techniques.
Conduct sessions on presentation skills, public speaking, and confidence building.
Deliver training on teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
Enhance students' customer service, business communication, and professional behavior.
Use role plays, case studies, group activities, and interactive exercises to improve learning outcomes.
Assess student performance through assignments, practical activities, and mock interviews.
Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
Provide individual mentoring and constructive feedback to learners.
Coordinate with academic and placement teams to improve student employability.
Continuously update training materials based on industry requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or any relevant discipline.
Certification in Soft Skills, Corporate Training, Communication Skills, or Personality Development is preferred.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Experience

Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
1–5 years of experience in Soft Skills Training, Corporate Training, Teaching, or Learning & Development is preferred.
