Digital Marketing Executive cum Technical Manager

Sriram Palace Banquet & Hotel is one of the leading hospitality and event destinations in Baripada, offering luxury accommodations, banquet halls, weddings, corporate events, conferences, restaurants, and premium event services. We are looking for a talented and self-driven professional to manage our digital marketing and technical operations while helping us grow our brand across multiple platforms.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive cum Technical Manager who is creative, organized, and technically proficient. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital presence, designing marketing materials, running paid advertising campaigns, building and maintaining websites, coordinating event promotions, and providing technical support for our business operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

Manage and grow 5 Instagram accounts and 5 Facebook pages for the company and its associated brands.
Develop and execute monthly digital marketing strategies and content calendars.
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, promotional videos, and captions.
Increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through organic and paid marketing.

Advertising & Campaigns

Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Boost social media posts and promotional content as required.
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

Design professional posters, banners, brochures, menus, standees, invitations, social media creatives, and other marketing materials.
Edit photos and videos for advertisements, promotional campaigns, and event coverage.
Ensure all branding materials maintain a consistent and premium visual identity.

Website Management

Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress or similar platforms.
Update website content, offers, galleries, blogs, and booking information.
Improve website performance, SEO, and user experience.

Event Promotions

Plan and coordinate digital promotions for weddings, conferences, birthdays, hotel offers, festivals, and special events.
Work closely with photographers, videographers, decorators, and event teams to ensure timely promotional content.
Coordinate with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations and promotional campaigns.

Technical Support

Maintain computers, printers, Wi-Fi, CCTV systems, POS software, hotel management software, and other IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors whenever necessary.
Ensure all conference and event technology, including projectors, sound systems, and digital displays, functions efficiently.

Skills & QualificationsMandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing.
Experience managing multiple social media accounts.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Ability to create and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
Strong graphic design skills using Canva; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.
Experience with photo and video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar software.
Ability to design and maintain websites using WordPress or equivalent platforms.
Knowledge of SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and IT troubleshooting.
Excellent communication, creativity, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
