Operations, Admin & Procurement Executive (Founding Team)

Alpha Eats is a fast-growing healthy meal subscription startup on a mission to make India fitness-driven through fresh, high-protein meals.

We're building a company with high standards, strong systems, and a team that takes ownership. We're looking for an exceptional Operations, Admin & Procurement Executive who wants to grow with us and become a key part of our founding team.

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, building processes, and making operations run smoothly, we'd love to meet you.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations

Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and order fulfillment.
Coordinate with the kitchen, delivery, and customer support teams.
Ensure every order is dispatched accurately and delivered on time.
Improve operational efficiency and implement SOPs.
Monitor daily operations and resolve issues proactively.

Procurement

Procure vegetables, chicken, paneer, groceries, packaging materials, and kitchen supplies.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate the best pricing without compromising quality.
Ensure timely procurement to prevent stock shortages.
Track purchase orders and vendor payments.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records.
Monitor daily stock levels and consumption.
Minimize wastage and improve inventory control.
Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits.
Ensure proper storage and stock rotation.

Administration

Maintain operational records and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Manage invoices, purchase records, and administrative reports.
Support attendance tracking and internal coordination.
Assist the Founder with day-to-day business operations.

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Startup or food industry experience is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
