Performance Marketer

About the Role

Mobyink Innovations is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can take ownership of high-budget digital advertising campaigns and drive measurable business results.

We are looking for someone who understands that performance marketing is not just about running ads — it is about generating quality sales, controlling acquisition costs, scaling campaigns and consistently improving ROAS.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing sales/conversion campaigns, large advertising budgets, multiple campaigns and parameters simultaneously, and the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage and optimize performance marketing and sales campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant channels.
Handle and optimize large advertising budgets with a strong focus on profitability and scalability.
Take ownership of key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC/CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, AOV and overall revenue.
Work towards maintaining and improving ROAS targets, ideally in the 3X–8X+ range wherever commercially achievable, depending on the campaign, product, market and budget.
Manage multiple campaigns, ad sets, audiences, creatives, funnels and targeting parameters simultaneously.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling, optimization and cost reduction.
Conduct regular A/B testing of creatives, audiences, copy, offers, landing pages and campaign structures.
Analyze campaign data and identify what is driving or hurting performance.
Build and execute strategies for campaign scaling without compromising efficiency.
Monitor daily spends, conversions, revenue and profitability to ensure budgets are being utilized effectively.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
Coordinate with sales and business teams to understand lead quality, sales performance and actual revenue generated from campaigns.
Identify funnel-level issues and recommend improvements across the customer journey.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
Stay updated with changes in Meta, Google and other advertising platforms, algorithms, policies and new performance marketing opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Demonstrated experience managing high advertising budgets.
Strong experience with sales, conversion and revenue-focused campaigns.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and performance parameters simultaneously.
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV and LTV.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Experience in campaign scaling and budget optimization.
Ability to make quick, data-backed decisions based on campaign performance.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, funnels and conversion optimization.
Experience with tracking, attribution and conversion events is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of how creative performance impacts paid media results.

What We Expect From You

We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to “run Facebook ads.”

We are looking for someone who can own the numbers.

You should be able to look at a campaign and answer:

Where is the money going?
What is working?
What is wasting the budget?
Why is ROAS dropping?
What should we scale?
What should we stop?
And how can we generate more revenue without proportionally increasing the spend?

You should be comfortable working with significant budgets, multiple variables and changing campaign conditions while maintaining a strong focus on profitability and business growth.

Key Performance Expectations

Performance will be evaluated based on:

ROAS improvement and consistency
Revenue generated through paid campaigns
Efficient utilization of advertising budgets
CAC / CPA control
Campaign scalability
Conversion and lead quality
Testing velocity and quality
Ability to identify and solve performance issues
Overall contribution to business growth

ROAS targets will be defined based on the business, product margins, campaign objective, market and available budget. A 3X–8X+ ROAS may be targeted where commercially achievable; the focus will ultimately be on sustainable and profitable growth rather than an arbitrary number.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Commerce or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of relevant hands-on performance marketing experience preferred.
Candidates with a strong track record of managing large budgets and delivering measurable sales results will be highly preferred.
