About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen InnerSpace's digital presence and support the growth of the brand across its centres.

This role will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring digital marketing activities across social media, content, campaigns, website, lead generation and online brand communication.

While you will be based at one InnerSpace centre and work closely with the Community Manager of that centre, your digital marketing responsibilities will support the InnerSpace brand as a whole.

You will work closely with the central team to ensure that our digital channels consistently communicate who we are, what we offer and why businesses choose InnerSpace.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media

Plan and execute digital marketing activities across InnerSpace's social media channels.
Support the development and execution of the overall social media content calendar.
Create, coordinate and publish content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Develop ideas for reels, posts, stories, carousels, videos and other digital formats.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect relevant content from different InnerSpace centres.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice and visual communication.
Monitor social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
Track social media performance and prepare regular performance reports.

Content & Brand Communication

Develop content that communicates InnerSpace's products, services, centres, community and brand proposition.
Work with the team to develop campaigns around new centres, products, events, offers and other initiatives.
Coordinate photography, videography and other content requirements.
Repurpose existing content across different digital platforms and formats.
Ensure all digital communication aligns with InnerSpace's overall brand identity.

Lead Generation & Campaigns

Support digital campaigns focused on generating enquiries and leads for InnerSpace.
Coordinate with the marketing team/agency for paid campaigns when required.
Monitor campaign performance, enquiries and lead quality.
Work with the sales and centre teams to understand lead behaviour and campaign effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion from digital enquiries to centre visits and sales.
Maintain basic reporting on leads generated through different digital channels.

Website & SEO

Assist with maintaining and updating website content.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for website updates.
Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimisation and local SEO activities.
Identify opportunities to improve website visibility, traffic and lead generation.
Monitor basic website performance and search visibility.

Centre-Level Support

Be based at one InnerSpace centre and understand its day-to-day activities, members and business environment.
Work closely with the Community Manager to identify local marketing and content opportunities.
Capture and communicate centre-specific activities, events, member stories and updates.
Support the Community Manager with digital communication when required.
Collect relevant content and insights from the centre to contribute to the wider InnerSpace brand.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor social media, website and campaign performance.
Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, leads and conversions.
Prepare regular reports and highlight key insights.
Analyse what type of content and campaigns perform best.
Recommend improvements based on data and performance.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing or a related field.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
Strong content planning and execution skills.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital advertising.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO is an advantage.
Good copywriting and communication skills.
Comfortable working with Canva or similar design tools.
Basic understanding of photo/video content creation and editing.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding performance and numbers.
Ability to work independently as well as with centre and central teams.

You Will Have an Advantage If You

Have experience working with hospitality, coworking, real estate, startups or lifestyle brands.
Have managed social media accounts for a business or brand.
Have experience running Meta campaigns.
Understand how to create short-form video content.
Have experience with WordPress or other website CMS platforms.
Have basic knowledge of SEO and Google Business Profiles.
Can combine creativity with data-driven decision making.
