Position Summary

The Marketing Head will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, brand communication, digital presence, guest acquisition, customer engagement, and revenue-driven marketing initiatives for Khubani. This leadership role requires an individual who combines strategic thinking with creativity and possesses a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, high-energy restro bars, nightlife, entertainment, and consumer behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build brands, execute integrated marketing campaigns, develop strategic partnerships, create memorable guest experiences, and deliver measurable business growth. Working closely with the Founder and senior leadership, the Marketing Head will ensure that every marketing initiative contributes to increasing revenue, enhancing guest loyalty, and strengthening Khubani's position as one of India's leading hospitality brands.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Development.
Minimum 4–5 years of leadership experience in Luxury Hospitality, High-Energy Restro Bars, Fine Dining Restaurants, Luxury Hotels, Nightlife, Entertainment, or Lifestyle Brands.
MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour, digital marketing, brand communication, and experiential marketing

Roles & Responsibilities

The Marketing Head will be entrusted with complete ownership of Khubani's marketing function and will be responsible for developing and executing annual marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

The role demands a leader who can successfully build brand equity while consistently driving guest footfall, reservations, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

The incumbent will lead all aspects of brand communication, digital marketing, social media, public relations, influencer collaborations, creative campaigns, experiential marketing, and strategic partnerships, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects Khubani's premium positioning.

The Marketing Head will conceptualize and execute high-impact campaigns for festive occasions, seasonal promotions, menu launches, live entertainment, cocktail festivals, luxury brunches, celebrity evenings, and signature experiences that reinforce Khubani's unique identity.

The role will require close collaboration with Operations, Culinary, Events, Business Development, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns while maximizing commercial outcomes.

The successful candidate will also oversee the complete digital marketing ecosystem, including social media strategy, Meta and Google advertising, CRM, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, influencer campaigns, website performance, and online reputation management.

Additionally, the Marketing Head will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with luxury brands, corporate organizations, media houses, influencers, celebrities, event agencies, and strategic partners to create meaningful collaborations that enhance business opportunities and brand visibility.

The position requires ownership of the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimum allocation of resources while continuously evaluating campaign performance, return on investment, and overall marketing effectiveness through data-driven insights.

The Marketing Head will also lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
