Full job description

Feedipy is looking for a results-driven Paid Media Executive who has hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should be comfortable planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to generate leads, conversions, and measurable business results for clients.

NOTE: This role requires you to work in the EST Time Zone.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to develop effective campaign strategies.
Monitor and optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions, and lead quality.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns on Google Ads.
Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page recommendations.
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Stay updated with the latest platform updates, advertising trends, and industry best practices.
Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring campaign goals and deadlines are met.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Who are you?

You have a minimum of 1 year of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and possess a bachelor's degree.
Google Ads experience is mandatory.
You have hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (preferred).
You understand campaign objectives, audience targeting, keyword strategy, conversion tracking, remarketing, and performance optimization.
You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable interpreting campaign data.
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You are proactive, organized, and have a "getting things done" attitude.
Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar) for campaign planning, ad copy generation, research, and reporting is an added advantage.
