About SYSGENIK

SYSGENIK is a technology consulting and solutions company providing services across CRM, cloud, AI, automation, software development, and digital transformation.

Our technology focus includes Salesforce, Zoho, AI-enabled solutions, business automation, system integration, and custom application development.

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive – Intern / Fresher to support our business development team with outbound prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification, and meeting generation.

This role is suitable for candidates who want to build a career in B2B technology sales.

Previous IT sales experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided on our services, sales processes, prospecting methods, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Research potential customers and target companies across different industries.
Identify relevant decision-makers and business contacts within prospective organizations.
Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
Introduce SYSGENIK and its technology services to prospective customers.
Generate new business leads through structured outbound activities.
Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their business requirements.
Ask relevant qualification questions to identify potential sales opportunities.
Understand the prospect's current systems, business challenges, requirements, and timelines.
Qualify leads based on defined sales criteria.
Schedule discovery and sales meetings with qualified prospects.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow-up activities.
Update prospect details, communication history, lead status, and activities in the CRM.
Research companies before meetings and prepare relevant account information.
Coordinate with senior sales and technical team members when detailed technical discussions are required.
Achieve assigned outreach, lead-generation, qualification, and meeting-booking targets.
Participate in regular sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
Continuously develop knowledge of SYSGENIK's services and technology solutions.

Required Skills

Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Confidence speaking with prospective customers over the phone.
Comfortable with outbound calling and cold outreach.
Good listening and questioning skills.
Ability to communicate professionally through email and LinkedIn.
Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, or business development.
Ability to research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain accurate prospect and CRM records.
Comfortable working with sales targets and measurable activities.
Ability to learn new technology concepts and business solutions.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
