About the Role
Meluha International School is seeking a proactive, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Field Partnership Executive to strengthen the school's presence within local communities and develop strategic partnerships that contribute to admissions growth.
This role goes beyond promotional activities and brochure distribution. The Field Partnership Executive will be responsible for identifying high-potential outreach opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, securing permissions for school visibility initiatives, coordinating community engagement programmes, and generating qualified admissions leads through ethical and relationship-based marketing.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and the ability to independently manage field operations while representing the school's brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Outreach & Gated Community Engagement
- Identify, map, and prioritise high-potential gated communities, apartment complexes, and residential societies across Hyderabad.
- Build professional relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), apartment association members, facility managers, committee members, and resident influencers.
- Secure approvals for:
- School standees and branding materials
- Notice board displays
- Parent awareness sessions
- Educational workshops
- Community engagement activities
- Admissions outreach events
- Coordinate and execute community events, parenting seminars, educational workshops, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Ensure all outreach activities align with the school's brand standards and marketing objectives.
2. Local Partnership Development
- Identify and establish partnerships with:
- Tuition Centres
- Coaching Institutes
- Preschools
- Sports Academies
- Activity Centres
- Clinics and Healthcare Centres
- Corporate Offices
- Local Business Associations
- Community Organisations
- Develop referral programmes and mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with local stakeholders to enhance the school's visibility and reputation.
- Generate quality admissions enquiries through ethical, permission-based outreach activities.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Admissions teams for timely follow-up of prospective parent enquiries.
3. Field Operations & Execution
- Conduct daily field visits according to the assigned territory and route plan.
- Represent Meluha International School professionally during all external interactions.
- Identify new outreach opportunities within assigned locations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with decision-makers until meetings, permissions, collaborations, or final outcomes are confirmed.
- Install and monitor approved promotional materials where permissions have been obtained.
- Support school exhibitions, admissions drives, educational fairs, community events, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned field activities while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
4. Relationship Management
- Develop strong working relationships with community leaders, educational partners, local businesses, and corporate representatives.
- Maintain continuous engagement with existing partners to strengthen long-term collaborations.
- Identify opportunities for recurring events, workshops, referral programmes, and institutional partnerships.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the school's values, academic offerings, and admissions initiatives.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date field activity tracker, including:
- Location visited
- Contact person
- Decision-maker details
- Contact information
- Meeting status
- Follow-up schedule
- Proof of visit
- Submit comprehensive daily field visit reports.
- Track and report:
- Meetings conducted
- Permissions secured
- Partnerships established
- Events confirmed
- Leads generated
- Follow-up status
- Share market intelligence, competitor activities, parent feedback, and local marketing opportunities with the Marketing and Admissions teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Field Marketing, Business Development, Community Outreach, Partnerships, Admissions, Sales, or Brand Promotion.
- Prior experience in educational institutions, schools, real estate, insurance, banking, local marketing, BTL activations, or community engagement will be preferred.
- Experience in building partnerships and managing client or stakeholder relationships will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and networking skills may also be considered.

Working Conditions
- Full-time, field-based role operating across Hyderabad.
- Frequent travel to residential communities, educational institutions, corporate offices, and local businesses.
- Close collaboration with the Marketing, Admissions, and School Leadership teams.
- Participation in school events, admissions campaigns, exhibitions, parent engagement programmes, and community outreach initiatives.
- Occasional weekend or extended working hours may be required during admissions seasons, promotional campaigns, or special events.
