Salesforce & Workday QA Engineer

Job Title: Salesforce & Workday QA Engineer
Experience: 6+ Years
Employment Type: C2C
Work Mode: Remote
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce & Workday QA Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in testing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both Salesforce and Workday platforms, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of business-critical applications through comprehensive testing methodologies.

This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with enterprise integrations, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Functional, Regression, System, Integration, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop and execute detailed Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Data, and Defect Reports.
Validate Salesforce and Workday business processes, workflows, and end-to-end integrations.
Execute API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Perform backend data validation using SQL queries.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure seamless integration testing between Salesforce, Workday, and third-party applications.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for Salesforce and Workday applications.
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Proven experience in:
Functional Testing
Regression Testing
Integration Testing
System Testing
Smoke Testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Hands-on experience testing Salesforce modules including:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience Cloud
Custom Salesforce Applications
Experience testing Workday modules such as:
HCM
Recruiting
Payroll
Benefits
Time Tracking
Compensation
Financials

Required Technical SkillsSalesforce
