Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Head to lead Catalyst Education's marketing initiatives across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive student admissions, strengthen institutional partnerships, and support business growth.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in field marketing, direct marketing, brand promotions, and team leadership. Prior experience in the EdTech or education sector is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with admission and business growth objectives.
Lead and manage all marketing activities across Kerala to strengthen Catalyst Education's brand presence.
Build, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Plan and oversee field marketing and direct marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and student enquiries.
Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, tuition centres, educational consultants, and other stakeholders to generate student enquiries.
Identify new markets and expansion opportunities across Kerala.
Collaborate closely with the Admissions and Business Development teams to achieve enrolment targets.
Plan and execute local branding activities and on-ground promotional initiatives.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimise strategies based on outcomes.
Manage relationships with vendors, print and outdoor advertising partners, and promotional agencies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient utilisation of resources.
Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on marketing performance and growth opportunities.

Required Skills

Strong experience in field marketing, direct marketing, and brand promotion.
Proven ability to lead and manage marketing teams.
Excellent planning, organisational, and execution skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
Must be willing to travel extensively across Kerala.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing.
Prior experience in the EdTech or education sector will be preferred but is not mandatory.
Experience in leading teams and executing marketing initiatives at a regional or state level will be an added advantage.
