Full job description

Adwitha Agros is one of the fastest-growing agricultural equipment dealerships, specialising in sales, service, spare parts, and modern farming solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientated showroom manager who can take complete ownership of showroom operations and ensure all departments work efficiently together.

Key Responsibilities: Overall Showroom Management

Take complete responsibility for the daily operations of the showroom.
Coordinate and supervise all departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed by every team member.
Monitor overall showroom performance and identify improvement areas.

Department Coordination

Manage and review the performance of:

Sales Team
Accounts & Billing
Service Department
Spare Parts Department
Inventory & Stores
Marketing & Customer Experience

Performance Monitoring

Conduct daily review meetings with department heads.
Track pending work and ensure timely completion.
Monitor sales targets, service turnaround time, inventory movement, collections, and customer satisfaction.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Management Reports.
Present key business updates to the management.
Highlight issues, risks, and action plans with measurable outcomes.
Track departmental KPIs and ensure accountability.

Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and train the showroom team.
Assign responsibilities and monitor execution.
Improve discipline, productivity, and communication across departments.
Resolve operational issues proactively.

Process Improvement

Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency.
Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams whenever required.
Drive continuous improvement across all showroom functions.

Desired Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to analyze data and make operational decisions.
Strong problem-solving and planning skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/Billing Software, and reporting.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
High level of accountability and ownership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage.

Experience

5+ years of experience in showroom operations, retail management, dealership management, or branch management.
Experience in automobile, agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, or similar industries will be preferred.
