Job Description – Sales Development Representative (SDR) PositionEmployment TypeFull-Time | Dedicated Remote ResourceWorking Hours

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (London Time)
40 hours per week

Start Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospects over the phone, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for the sales team with a list of data via an auto dialling toolThis is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls using a dialer.
Prospect and engage decision-makers across target industries.
Introduce company services professionally and confidently.
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
Overcome objections and maintain productive conversations.
Book qualified appointments for the senior sales team.

CRM & Reporting

Update CRM with accurate notes after every interaction.
Book calls via calandly
Maintain an organised sales pipeline.
Manage call backs for potential prospects that haven't booked an appointment but need further time to consider
Send pre written email information to prospects that need to review prior to booking an appointments

Collaboration

Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
Provide feedback on prospect objections and market insights.
Participate in sales meetings and coaching sessions.

Required Skills

Essential

Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear international accent.
Previous experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Telemarketing.
Strong cold-calling experience.
Comfortable having multiple conversations with prospects continuously
Experience handling inbound enquiries.
Appointment setting experience.
Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills

Experience using dialers.
CRM experience
Google Sheets.
Gmail.
Google Meet.

Preferred Experience

2+ years in B2B sales or SDR roles.
Experience selling services to UK businesses.
Experience working in a remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM best practices.

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be:

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2 years of SDR, Lead Generation, or Telemarketing experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Stable high-speed internet connection.
Quiet home office setup.
Laptop/Desktop with headset.
Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM London Time.
Available to join immediately.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
