Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager – SaaS to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise SaaS products focused on Sales Force Automation (SFA), field sales productivity, distributor management, retail execution, and sales analytics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product vision and roadmap, identifying market opportunities, translating customer and business requirements into scalable product solutions, and working closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B SaaS and sales technology platforms, particularly products used by FMCG, distribution, retail, and field-sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned SaaS products.
- Lead product discovery through customer interviews, market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve field sales productivity, distribution visibility, retail execution, and sales-force effectiveness.
- Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Translate business and customer requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize product features based on customer needs, commercial value, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
- Monitor product performance through adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, and other relevant KPIs.
- Lead Agile product planning, sprint reviews, backlog prioritization, and product release activities.
- Collaborate with commercial teams on product positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Engage with enterprise customers and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and product requirements.
- Manage multiple products, features, and cross-functional stakeholders across different markets.
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, mobile technology, and workflow optimization within the product portfolio.
- Mentor and provide direction to Product Managers, Product Owners, and other product team members.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- 10+ years of overall Product Management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior product management/product leadership capacity.
- Proven experience managing and scaling B2B SaaS products.
- Experience taking products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Lean Product Development, and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Examples of relevant product environments include platforms such as FieldAssist, Mobisy, Salesforce, BeatRoute, Sales Diary, and other comparable SFA/CRM/SaaS solutions.
Experience with these specific platforms is not mandatory; equivalent experience with comparable enterprise SaaS products will be considered.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The candidate should be comfortable working closely with engineering teams while maintaining a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and commercial objectives.
Strong exposure to SFA, CRM, field-sales technology, distribution, retail execution, or FMCG technology platforms will be a significant advantage.
Expatriate Assignment
This position is structured as an international expatriate assignment in Lagos, Nigeria and is offered on a bachelor-status basis.
The successful candidate should be prepared to relocate to Nigeria for the duration of the assignment and work closely with the local and international product/business teams.
Pay: ₹171,452.03 - ₹190,208.65 per month
