Role Overview

At 2 Pints Brewing, we’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who can bring leadership, personality, and operational excellence to our taproom. You’ll be the heartbeat of the floor — ensuring every guest feels welcome, every pint is perfect, and every shift runs smoothly.

You’ll lead a passionate team, manage day-to-day operations, and champion the brand culture that makes 2 Pints more than just a place to drink — it’s a place to belong.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations: Oversee the restaurant’s service, guest flow, and team coordination to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth execution.
Be the face of hospitality: Set the tone for genuine, warm, and attentive service that reflects the heart of the 2 Pints brand.
Coach and inspire: Train, motivate, and empower the front-of-house team to perform with pride, passion, and purpose.
Drive financial performance: Manage P&L, control costs, and achieve revenue targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ensure operational excellence: Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards — because great experiences start with great discipline.
Collaborate across departments: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management to ensure seamless communication and aligned goals
Handle guest feedback with heart: Resolve issues promptly and professionally, always aiming to turn moments into memories.

What makes you a great fit

5–8 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 3 years in a restaurant or bar management role.
Proven leadership in guest service, team management, and operational excellence.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control.
A people-first leader who leads by example and builds positive team culture.
Great communicator — calm under pressure, clear in direction, and warm with guests.
Passionate about great food, beer, and building community through hospitality.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods.
