Independent Performance-Driven Incentive Tiers:

This project features zero fixed base compensation and zero mandatory candidate deposits or upfront personal financial investments. Payout distributions are processed safely following standard consumer verification timeline structures. Completed cancellations, refunds, or invalid tracking entries will not qualify for distributions.

LEVEL 1 (Admissions 1 to 4): ₹2,000 cash distribution per confirmed student entry. Payout tracks and triggers from your very first conversion.
LEVEL 2 (5th Admission Campaign Milestone): Achieving a volume of exactly 5 verified student conversions before August 31 triggers a premium ₹5,000 conversion payout PLUS an automatic ₹5,000 contract milestone execution bonus (Total cumulative earnings at exactly 5 conversions = ₹18,000).
LEVEL 3 (Admissions 6+ Volume Scale): Every confirmed conversion from the 6th seat onward earns a flat premium rate of ₹5,000 per entry with zero upper limits.

Independent campaign contractors reaching verified volume targets may choose to securely substitute their cumulative financial earnings for high-value production equipment options to support their channel footprint:

At 5 Admissions: Total Cash Payout OR a brand-new Branded Smartwatch / Premium ANC Wireless Earbuds.
At 10 Admissions: Total Cash Payout OR a brand-new Branded Android Tablet.
At 20+ Admissions: Total Cash Payout OR a brand-new Core i5 Laptop.
