Job Summary

HyreSpot is hiring a motivated and organised HR Recruiter to support its growing recruitment requirements.

The selected candidate will manage various stages of the hiring process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial interviews, interview coordination, follow-ups, and joining support. The recruiter will primarily work on positions such as Area Sales Manager, Deputy Sales Manager, HR Executive, and other business roles.

This opportunity is suitable for both experienced recruiters and fresh graduates who have strong communication skills and an interest in building a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication, experience, and availability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Follow up with selected candidates and support them until joining.
Work towards assigned daily and weekly sourcing, interview, and closure targets.
Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and interview status reports.
Build and update a candidate database for current and future vacancies.
Share regular recruitment progress reports with management.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility and Requirements

0–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR hiring, or staffing.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
Any graduate qualification is preferred.
Basic understanding of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up, time-management, and organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.
Comfortable working with daily and weekly performance targets.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online meeting platforms is preferred.
Previous experience using job portals or social media for recruitment will be an advantage.

Work-from-Home Requirements

Personal laptop or desktop computer is mandatory.
Stable and reliable internet connection is required.
Candidate should have a quiet and suitable workspace.
Must be available during the assigned working hours.
Should be comfortable attending online meetings and coordinating with candidates over phone and video calls.
