Marketing Executive – Healthcare Sector

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive – Healthcare Sector will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and business development activities for healthcare services, projects, programs, and products. The role involves building relationships with healthcare institutions, medical professionals, corporate organizations, NGOs, government stakeholders, and other relevant partners.

The candidate will support the organization's growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, promoting healthcare services, coordinating outreach activities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesHealthcare Marketing & Business Development

Develop and implement marketing strategies for healthcare services and projects.
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Promote healthcare programs, medical services, health camps, Mobile Medical Units, diagnostic services, and other healthcare initiatives.
Identify potential clients, institutions, organizations, NGOs, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify healthcare needs, opportunities, and emerging trends.
Develop and maintain a strong business network within the healthcare sector.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Assist management in developing proposals, presentations, quotations, and business plans.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Establish and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, diagnostic centers, pharmaceutical companies, NGOs, corporates, and other healthcare organizations.
Coordinate meetings and presentations with potential clients and partners.
Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
Address client queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

Healthcare Campaigns & Outreach

Plan and coordinate healthcare awareness campaigns and promotional activities.
Support organization of health camps, medical outreach programs, awareness events, and community initiatives.
Coordinate promotional materials, banners, brochures, digital content, and other marketing resources.
Work with field teams to ensure successful implementation of healthcare marketing campaigns.
Collect feedback and prepare reports on campaign performance.

Digital & Promotional Marketing

Support social media and digital marketing activities for healthcare services and programs.
Coordinate the development of healthcare-related promotional content.
Assist in email marketing, online campaigns, presentations, and digital communication.
Maintain marketing databases and records.
Monitor competitors and healthcare market trends.
Support brand-building and awareness initiatives.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
Maintain records of leads, prospects, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Track marketing activities against assigned targets.
Prepare presentations and performance reports for management.
Maintain proper documentation of client and stakeholder interactions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in healthcare marketing may also be considered.
