Position: Marketing Executive – Architectural 3D Visualization
Industry: Architecture / Real Estate / 3D Visualization / CGI
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and grow business for our Architectural 3D Visualization and CGI services.

The ideal candidate should understand how to identify potential clients in the real estate, architecture, interior design, property development and construction industries, generate qualified leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and convert opportunities into projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients such as:
Real estate developers
Architects and architectural firms
Interior designers
Property consultants
Construction companies
Real estate marketing agencies
International property developers
Generate leads through:
LinkedIn
Email marketing
Cold calling
WhatsApp/business networking
Online research and lead databases
Social media
Industry directories and networking platforms
Present and promote services including:

3D Architectural Visualization

Photorealistic Exterior & Interior Renders

3D Walkthroughs

Architectural Animation

Aerial/Bird's-eye Visualization

Real Estate CGI

360° Virtual Tours

Product/Interior Visualization

Contact decision-makers such as Developers, Architects, Marketing Heads, Project Directors and Creative Directors.
Prepare company profiles, proposals, quotations and presentations in coordination with the creative/technical team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain a structured CRM/database of prospects, leads, follow-ups, proposals and conversions.
Coordinate with the 3D production team to understand project requirements, timelines and deliverables.
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing and emerging opportunities in architectural visualization.
Develop strategic partnerships with architectural firms, real estate marketing agencies and property consultants.

Required Skills

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Strong business development and client relationship skills.
Experience in B2B marketing or business development.
Ability to confidently communicate with international clients.
Good understanding of real estate, architecture or creative/visualization services is an advantage.
Strong LinkedIn prospecting and lead-generation skills.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
