Position Summary
CTARS is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to develop its healthcare business, strengthen its market presence and build long-term relationships with clinical and institutional customers.
The successful candidate will lead sales and marketing activities for CTARS’ medical and dental solutions. This role requires a combination of business-development ability, healthcare market knowledge, relationship management and team leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with CTARS’ revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify new opportunities in hospitals, dental clinics, diagnostic centres, universities, medical colleges and research institutions.
- Promote CTARS services, including:
- Virtual surgical planning
- Patient-specific implants
- Anatomical and surgical models
- Dental implant planning and surgical guides
- Orthognathic and craniomaxillofacial planning
- Dental aligner planning
- Medical 3D designing and printing
- Training and educational programmes
- Build relationships with surgeons, dentists, radiologists, biomedical engineers, hospital administrators and procurement teams.
- Conduct customer meetings, clinical presentations, product demonstrations and hospital visits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders and commercial presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company-approved guidelines.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to conversion, delivery coordination and payment follow-up.
- Maintain an accurate and regularly updated sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify potential distributors, referral partners and strategic collaborators.
Marketing and Brand Development
- Develop and implement CTARS’ annual marketing plan.
- Strengthen the company’s positioning as a trusted provider of healthcare 3D technology.
- Plan digital campaigns, clinical awareness programmes, workshops, webinars, conferences and product launches.
- Coordinate the development of brochures, presentations, videos, case studies, social-media content and website materials.
- Manage CTARS’ presence on LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
- Build a library of ethically approved clinical success stories and customer testimonials.
- Track marketing performance, lead quality, conversion rates and return on investment.
- Monitor competitors, emerging technologies and healthcare market trends.
- Ensure all promotional content is professional, scientifically accurate and compliant with applicable medical-device and advertising requirements.
Customer and Clinical Relationship Management
- Serve as a key commercial contact for major customers and institutional accounts.
- Understand clinical requirements and coordinate with CTARS’ medical-design, production and technical teams.
- Ensure that customer commitments, timelines and expectations are communicated clearly.
- Support customers during onboarding and encourage repeat business.
- Collect structured feedback and help improve CTARS’ services and customer experience.
- Develop key-opinion-leader relationships with respected clinicians and academicians.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling patient, clinical and commercial information.
Team and Operational Management
- Recruit, train and supervise sales and marketing executives as the business expands.
- Define territories, targets and key performance indicators for the commercial team.
- Conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, clinical-design and production teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts, marketing budgets and management reports.
- Support expansion into new cities, clinical specialties and international markets.
- Represent CTARS at medical conferences, exhibitions and professional meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Dentistry, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Healthcare Management is preferred.
- Approximately 4–6 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
- Experience in medical devices, dental products, surgical solutions, healthcare technology, hospital sales or 3D printing is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in institutional or consultative selling.
- Familiarity with hospital procurement, quotations, tenders and healthcare decision-making processes is an advantage.
