ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Content & Strategy who can own and lead the content function at ANTS Digital.
This is a senior leadership role. You will be responsible for what we create, how we create it, why it works, and what it achieves. You will build the team, set the standards, design the workflows, and ensure that every piece of content that leaves ANTS Digital is smarter, sharper, and more effective than what our clients could get anywhere else.
At this level, the expectation is not only to create great content but to build a content function that strengthens client relationships, supports business growth, improves marketing outcomes and positions ANTS Digital as a strategic content partner.
You are expected to have strong agency experience and should be comfortable working with founders, CXOs, marketing leaders and senior stakeholders. They should understand how content connects with brand strategy, digital growth, audience behaviour, SEO, performance marketing and business objectives.
YOUR ROLE
Translating client business objectives into content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, leads and business impact.
Overseeing content strategy, copy writing, content planning, and review processes across all client accounts to ensure consistency, relevance and business alignment
Establishing and managing content quality and maintaining accuracy, compliance and delivery standards.
Owning the overall content vision, strategy and capability roadmap for ANTS Digital.
Driving content innovation through emerging content formats, platform-first content approaches, AI-assisted workflows, short-form video, creator-led content and evolving digital consumption trends.
Identifying and implementing new content opportunities across platforms to improve audience engagement, visibility, reach and conversion outcomes.
Conducting regular content audits and performance reviews of the team to improve content effectiveness.
Ensuring audience insights, platform behaviour, search trends, and performance data back content recommendations.
Leading content strategy discussions, workshops, reviews and presentations with senior stakeholders.
Partnering with creative, client servicing, performance, SEO, technology and analytics teams to build integrated solutions.
Reviewing and improving the quality of content strategies, campaigns, presentations and client-facing recommendations.
Supporting pitches, proposals and new business opportunities through strategic content thinking.
Building a strong content culture focused on creativity, accountability and business impact.

- Experience contributing to agency growth through pitches, thought leadership and strategic solutions.
- Working knowledge of AI tools, SEO platforms, analytics platforms, CMS and project management tools.
- Strong English communication skills. Hindi and regional language proficiency will be an advantage.

This is not a role for someone who only manages content production. It is for a senior content leader who can combine strategy, creativity, technology, leadership and commercial understanding to build a content function that creates measurable impact for clients and the agency.
At this level, the expectation is to make content a growth engine for ANTS Digital, not just a delivery function.
