ABOUT REDIAL CLINIC

ReDial Clinic (Reversing Diabetes with Lifestyle Management) is one of India’s pioneering physician-led centres focused on reversing chronic metabolic disease — not merely managing it. Founded by Dr. Gagandeep Singh, the clinic has helped over 1,000 patients achieve meaningful reversals across Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity, PCOS, Dyslipidaemia, and Fatty Liver through structured, evidence-based lifestyle interventions.

Our story is one of real transformation — and it deserves to be written well. We're looking for an experienced Content Writer who can turn our clinical work, patient journeys, and medical expertise into words that educate, build trust, and grow our community across digital and print platforms.

THE ROLE

YouTube is where we go deep — long-form, patient stories, doctor-led explainers, real educational content. This is a long-form-first role, and we need someone who can own it end-to-end, from ideation to scripting to shooting to editing to publishing, and grow it organically — not through paid promotion.

A lot of this content lives or dies on how well you can pull a clear, confident take out of a non-professional presenter, so you'll need to be comfortable directing doctors on camera, not just editing after the fact. And you'll need to know YouTube inside and out — not just how to make a good video, but how the platform actually works: what drives discovery, what keeps people watching, and what turns a viewer into a subscriber.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

End-to-End Channel Ownership

Own YouTube content end-to-end — from ideation, to scripting, to shooting, to editing, to publishing.

Prioritize long-form video as the primary format, with a growth strategy built around organic discovery, not paid promotion.

Use AI tools to speed up scripting, research, and ideation without losing the human, doctor-led feel of the content.

Doctor-Led Content Production

Work directly with doctors to plan and shoot content that's clinically accurate and easy to follow.

Direct and coach non-professional talent on camera to get a clear, confident take.

YouTube Strategy & Analytics

Understand YouTube in and out — what drives discovery, retention, and subscriber conversion, not just view count.

Track watch time, audience retention, and subscriber growth, and use it to improve future scripts and edits.

Stay current on YouTube-specific editing techniques and trends — pacing, hooks, thumbnails, retention editing — and apply what's actually working now.

Organic Subscriber

Growth

Whether the channel is converting viewers into subscribers through genuine discovery and content quality — not paid promotion. This is the clearest long-term signal that the content and strategy are working.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Non-Negotiable

Total work experience of 5+ years in YouTube content creation, with proven, demonstrable experience taking up a channel — any channel, not necessarily healthcare — and growing its subscriber base organically, without relying on paid promotion.

Deep understanding of how YouTube actually works — discovery, algorithm behavior, audience retention, and what converts a viewer into a subscriber — not just how to shoot and edit a video.

Strong storytelling and scripting instincts specifically for long-form video — this is a long-form-first role.

Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar), with current knowledge of YouTube-specific editing techniques — pacing, hooks, thumbnails, retention editing.

Comfortable using AI tools as part of a real content workflow — for scripting, research, and ideation.

Comfortable directing and coaching non-professional talent (doctors, staff) on camera. Immediate availability — this is an on-site, full-time role.

Strong Advantage

2+ years of healthcare experience, or 2+ years as the lead responsible for a YouTube channel's content and growth.

Experience with medical or educational content.

Experience managing more than one channel simultaneously.

PORTFOLIO & ASSIGNMENT — MANDATORY

Every candidate must complete the following as part of their application, submitted before we move ahead with screening. This is how we evaluate real content thinking, not just claimed experience.

Share the channel(s) you've grown, along with clear subscriber and watch-time numbers over a defined period. We want to see real evidence that you can take a channel and grow it organically, not just clips or edited samples.

Submit a short review of an existing YouTube channel of your choice: what isn't working, and what specific changes you'd recommend to improve it.

As part of the same assignment, put together a one-page storyboard or script for a long-form video concept, using AI tools for research and ideation. This will be judged on content and creative thinking, not on editing or production polish.
